Primary Care Urgent Care Services are those which provide unscheduled care for patients with an urgent need in a primary care setting. These are as follows:

Walk In Centre:

Pinn Medical Centre : Weekdays: 8:00-19:30 (Please note unregistered walk-in patients may need to wait upto 2 hours to be seen. At busy periods it may not be possible for walk in patients  to be seen)  Weekends: 8:00-19:30

Alexander Ave Clinic: As above

Urgent Care Centre: Northwick Park Hospital . This service is now available 24/7

At present, the practice is a part of HARMONI, a doctors’ co-operative for provision of out-of-hours cover. If you need emergency medical care outside normal surgery hours, please ring the surgery on 020 8422 5602 and a recorded message will give you details on how to contact the emergency doctor. Please have a pen and paper ready. There are three outcomes of this contact :

1.Advice over the telephone by a trained nurse or a doctor

2.Recommendation to attend a Primary Care Centre

3. A home visit from a deputising doctor, if deemed appropriate.

ACCESS TO NON-URGENT MEDICAL ADVICE 24 HOURS A DAY:

If you require any non-urgent medical advice when the surgery is open or closed, please contact NHS Direct on 111 and one of their team will be able to assist you. Further details are also available on their websitewww.nhsdirect.nhs.uk
